Anatolia is a Turkish restaurant with a take-away section in the Fleetville area of St Albans, Hertfordshire. It has been operating as restaurant and take-away since 1993.

Our customers describe us as "the hidden food treasure of St. Albans". We cater for vegetarians, non-vegetarians and children. It is a family-run business with a very welcoming ambience and staff. We always guarantee you good food and good atmosphere, the only thing we don't guarantee is the weather. If you have been to Turkey, you can refresh your holiday memories and taste buds at ANATOLIA.

Our meals are prepared using fresh produce, (wherever possible we try to be an organic Turkish restaurant), quality herbs and spices, olive oil and the finest imported and domestic ingredients.

Special seating arrangements can be made to suit special occasions such as birthday parties, anniversaries, engagements and wedding parties.

We respect and will accommodate any special dietary requirements that you may have.

Our aim is to serve you with tasty, wholesome food at reasonable prices. Our desire is that you have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience at Anatolia Restaurant.

Please leave a review for Anatolia Turkish Restaurant

Like so many restaurants in this wonderful hidden corner of St Albans ethnicity, Anatolia suffers from poor marketing. There are some great restaurants and takeaways along this stretch of the Hatfield Road, all of them well worth a visit. In London they would be crammed to the rafters but in St Albans they (sadly) remain half-empty and thus the vibe does not match the good (and often excellent) quality of the food on offer. Hence 3 stars, not 4. Are people in St Albans fearful of straying away from the city centre? Or are the restaurant owners in this vibrant part of town just very poor at selling themselves? Anyway, great Turkish food served by very friendly people at slightly too high a price in a half-empty restaurant. What a shame.

Wow! What a lovely restaurant. May l highly recommend Anatolia. The food is fresh, tasty, absolutely perfect service, friendly, comfortable, home from home. Looking forward to returning with all my friends. Thank-you very much to Ismail for looking after us so well and for real turkish food. See you very soon.

Not the best. I thought this would be like restaurant food. So thought I’d give them a go for an authentic kebab. Sadly it’s just a typical takeaway offering typical kebabs.
