Our weekly storytelling and drama sessions will take your children on a journey of imagination and discovery where creativity can flourish and natural love of language is enhanced. Listening and communication skills are nurtured as the children learn about the world and their place within it.
They form an understanding of the structure of stories, learn to express emotions and develop
decision making skills while having lots and lots of fun!
The classes are extremely interactive as the children take on different characters from robots that go wrong to tortoises on a day trip Africa!
Each story is written and developed with a specific learning experience in mind and the activities are carefully linked to the Early Years Foundation stage. We are currently running classes for an
Outstanding OFSTED rated nursery school in Harpenden and we’ve been recommended by a
speech therapist
And, of course, we really do have Llamas!

DJ’s Jungle is an adventure indoor playground, where children love exploring slides, tubes, rope bridges, climbing equipment and jumping in ball pits. Parents can sit back, read a magazine or use Wifi and enjoy a relaxing drink or snack, from the cafe. The facility has been in St Albans Road, Sandridge for over 10 years and is the only place like it, close to St Albans city centre. We have started to upgrade the play centre and have already replaced tables, sofas and whilst toilets have undergone maintenance. Also introducing a children’s picnic lunch box and healthy snacks has been a real hit!
There is a new role play area (kitchen and play house), more toddler activities including crafts and we are purchasing a freshly ground espresso machine, for essential frothy coffees!
