After a stressful few weeks of revision followed by an even more stressful few weeks of exams, I decided to indulge myself and get a neck and shoulder massage with one of the massage therapists at Ginger on London Road.

Being relatively new to massage I was a little apprehensive at first, but the atmosphere in the centre was so calm and relaxing and the therapist was so friendly and helpful when I arrived that I instantly relaxed. The therapist took me through all my own health background and any concerns I had, and then talked me through the type of massage I wanted.

The massage itself was amazing! I left feeling relaxed and positively glowing! The therapist was really friendly and the atmosphere inside the centre was so relaxing. I'd definitely return again, although probably for one of the later evening appointments to avoid the St Albans rush hour traffic!
