I have had what can only be said as the worst level of customer service i have ever received.

I telephoned your St Albans branch at 7pm to order 2 10.5 inch pizzas with free garlic bread and drink.

I was informed that i couldn't have the garlic bread but with no real explanation as to why so i asked for onion rings as a replacement.

A few minutes later my pizza's were ready, the box looked a bit small for 10.5" so i opened it up and they were the 7" pizzas. I told the server that i asked for 10.5 " and he was adamant that i said 7.5", i can assure you it was 10.5" as i was stood next to my wife when she phoned the order through as she thought that £3.99 was a bargain.

He refused to make the new pizzas and basically accused me of lying. After a heated discussion he agreed to make the pizzas that i asked for.

During this time 3 other customers came into the shop and ordered the same deal, to my amazement they got garlic bread.

A further 20 minute wait for my pizza, i then left the shop and walked home, opened the box and they had put the wrong toppings on. By now i was livid, i telephoned and asked for them to make the correct pizza and deliver it my house. I waited and waited for a further 45 minutes, so phoned again and was told the pizza wasn't even made and they weren't going to make it as Britain's Got Talent was on and they were very busy. Another heated discussion he then agreed to make the pizza and i should go and collect it. With my wife being very hungry after a wait of 1.5 hours.

I was offered the most feeble apology and once again Britain's Got Talent was blamed.
