Very disappointed overall with the quality of the curry delivered and the customer service response when we complained. We paid over £25.00 for 2 curries (one lamb, one chicken) a veg side, a rice and a naan. When we opened the foil boxes containing the curries we found there to be very minimal chicken and lamb floating in a whole sea of sauce. In the chicken one there must have been less than a chicken breast in the whole dish, similar in the lamb dish. The amount was distinctly lacking compared to all other take away curries we have ordered. The sauce did have a good flavour and the naan and rice were well cooked. Similarly the veg curry had a good flavour and the box was full. Nonetheless for the price we felt that there should have been more meat in the curries. We telephoned to complain and ask for at least some money off if not a refund/or more chicken to be delivered and were told that as we were not a regular customer if we did not like what we received we should not buy from them again. This to me was appauling customer service and I shall take their advice and certainly not spend my money on a take away with them again. The situation could have been salvaged if they had shown they were listening to their customers by responding positively. I was extremely disappointed.

I don't usually like Indian - it's just not my thing, despite having had Indian multiple times from just about every option in St. Albans. I loved this. Will return.
